Booking Terms and Conditions

All tariffs are per room per night and are subject to change without notice. Low season minimum 2 nights stay -High season minimum 5 nights stay. Cot/high chair hire $35 per night per item ($50 minimum charge). Check In 2.00pm – Check out 10.00am. All bookings require a minimum deposit of $200.  (Please note : High season includes the Christmas period and Cooly Rocks) – $500 deposit required for high season booking. Long stay (4 weeks or more) bookings require 1 weeks deposit to secure.

High season bookings during Christmas Holidays are to be paid in full by 1 December of that year and High season bookings for Cooly Rocks On are to be paid in full by 1 May of that year. Tweed Ultima operates within daylight savings time zone for New South Wales.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low SeasonIf more than 3 days notice full refund less $100 administration fee. If less than 3 days notice no refund of deposit.
High SeasonIf more than 30 day’s notice of cancellation full refund less $100 administration fee.
If less than 30 days notice no refund unless dates booked are fully re-let without loss of income, less a $100 administration fee
Long Stay  (Bookings for 4 weeks or more) If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival full refund less $100 administration fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival 1 weeks deposit will be forfeited.

All accounts to be settled on or prior to arrival. No refund given for early departure once checked in.

Rentals – Short Term Apartments – *subject to availability please enquire via email*

From time to time we have short term rentals available (3 months minimum with option to extend) with the following inclusions:

* Pool  * Secure underground carpark

* Foxtel      * 1 & 2 bedroom spacious apartments

Application forms are available at Reception. Security and electricity bond is required once your application is approved.  Apartments are available on low floors with one underground carpark.
