“We stayed in Ultima Resort and enjoyed very much our extended stay.
The apartments are very spacious and modern. nice balcony quite huge. It was quite central to the Tweed shopping for groceries and about 5mins walk to the beach. It was central to shopping and restaurants and parking was easy, not on a busy road. Good value for money secured accommodation”

“Great location, great apartment, great staff. We wanted an apartment as I was attending a conference and my partner would be holidaying so having a separate bedroom meant he would not be disturbed by my early rising. The kitchen facilities were fantastic and although we didn't cook in, we could make our own breakfast and lunch and keep our supplies in the fridge. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a lovely view over the Tweed River. Although reception was closed when we arrived late on a Sunday, our check-in was easy and very smooth. The cafe (Bambi) next to the apartments did fantastic coffee. It was a short stroll to the beachfront and also Coles/Woolworths. In all, can't fault Tweed Ultima”

BOOKING CONDITIONS - All tariffs are per room per night and are subject to change without notice. Low season minimum 2 nights stay -High season minimum 5 nights stay. Cot/high chair hire $15 per night per item. Check In 2.00pm - Check out 10.00am. All bookings require a minimum deposit of $200. (Please note : High season is from 22/12/2011 to the 11/1/2012 and 03/06/2011 to 14/06/2011 minimum $500 deposit required for high season booking. Long stay (4 weeks or more) bookings require 1 weeks deposit to secure.

Shoulder season is from 21/4/11 - 26/4/11, 17/9/11 - 9/10/11, 16/1/12 - 26/1/12. High season bookings during Christmas Holidays are to be paid in full by 1 December of that year.

CANCELLATION POLICY -

Low Season	If more than 3 days notice full refund less $50 administration fee. If less than 3 days notice no refund of deposit.
High Season	If more than 14 days notice of cancellation full refund less $50 administration fee. If less than 14 days notice no refund unless dates booked are fully re-let without loss of income, less a $50 adminsitration fee.

Long Stay (Bookings for 4 weeks or more) If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival full refund

less $100 administration fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival 1 weeks deposit

will be forfeited.

All accounts to be settled on or prior to arrival. No refund given for early departure once checked in.

Rentals - Short Term Serviced Apartments

We currently have available some short term rentals (3 months minimum with option to extend) with the following inclusions:

Application forms are available at Reception. Security and electricity bond is required once your application is approved. Apartments are available on low floors with one underground carpark.
